As part of an expansion into the Sebastian market, the Keyes Company welcomed the Robin Raiff Team, formerly associated with Douglas Elliman.

The team, featuring Sally Spires, Michael Nottage, Katie Nottage and team leader Robin Raiff, generated $43 million in sales volume in 2024. Raif has been a Sebastian resident since 1996 and served as 2015 President of the Realtors Association of Indian River County.
