Monica Betancourt and her team have left Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty and joined Coldwell Banker Realty at its Coral Gables office.
The Monica Betancourt Group has closed $50 million to $60 million in annual sales over the last few years and specializes in luxury real estate in Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Palmetto Bay, Miami Beach and Downtown/Brickell.
Betancourt has been recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals as one of the Top 50 Hispanic Realtors in the U.S. on its 2025 NAHREP 250 list, and her group was named to the 2025 RealTrends Verified list as one of the top-producing teams in the country.
“I am aligning with a brokerage that empowers me to give my clients the very best,” Betancourt said. “Coldwell Banker Realty offers unparalleled support systems, global luxury exposure and a leadership team that truly understands the needs of its agents. It has become clear to me there is no better fit for this next chapter of my business.”
“With Monica’s focus on and desire to expand further into the greater Miami luxury real estate market, Coldwell Banker Realty is an outstanding match,” Coldwell Banker Regional Vice President Nancy Klock Corey said. “We are excited to support her continued growth and success in the South Florida luxury real estate market.”
