Luxury real estate veteran Gary Pohrer has left the Exclusive Group at Douglas Elliman to spearhead SERHANT’s expansion into Palm Beach Island. 

Pohrer was one of Douglas Elliman’s most successful agents, ranking No. 1 nationwide in 2021 and No. 2 nationwide for five consecutive years. He started the Exclusive Group with Nicholas Malinowsky and Devin Kay in 2023.

Since entering real estate 23 years ago, he’s closed more than $2.5 billion in sales, including over 25 deals exceeding $30 million each, as well as the $106 million record-breaking sale of 1295 South Ocean Blvd. in Palm Beach.

Since entering the Florida market in 2023, New York-based SERHANT has opened offices in Miami, Jupiter, Delray Beach and Naples. The brokerage plans to open a physical office in Palm Beach Island soon.
