Three South Florida real estate heavyweights have joined forces and launched a new brokerage, The Exclusive Group at Douglas Elliman Realty.
The brokers, Nicholas Malinosky, Gary Pohrer and Devin Kay, are bringing with them Randy Ely, Johnny DelPrete, Laura Preuss-Kühne, Dana Rothman and Michael O’Connor. Together, the group has a combined sales volume of $3 billion since 2020 and over 100 years of experience.
“Nick, Gary and Devin have an astounding record of representing some of the most significant real estate transactions throughout South Florida,” Douglas Elliman President Scott Durkin said in a press release. “The formation of this team of veteran experts in Florida’s most sought-after real estate markets will propel them to even greater success.”
Since beginning his career in real estate 20 years ago, Malinosky has specialized in the oceanfront and luxury markets of Manalapan, Ocean Ridge, Gulf Stream, Delray Beach and Highland Beach. He has consistently ranked as a top producer statewide in Florida and has a career sales volume of more than $3 billion.
Recognized as Douglas Elliman’s No. 2 agent nationwide for two consecutive years, Pohrer has sold more than $2 billion worth of real estate in Palm Beach County, with record sales across the market, from Boca Raton to Jupiter, and exclusive homes in awarded golf club communities and oceanfront properties in Seminole Landing.
A third generation of the Kay family of real estate developers, Devin Kay has been involved in the Miami real estate industry for the past 11 years. He is ranked among the top seven agents in Florida and has handled over $1 billion in real estate transactions, including many that have broken records in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties.
