Mattamy Homes recently began selling homes in its new Lake Worth neighborhood, Forest.

Forest will include 372 homesites, with a mix of two-story townhomes and single-family homes starting in the $400,000s. There will also be 11 townhomes set aside for workforce housing.

The community will offer two collections of townhomes ranging from 1,374 to more than 1,900 square feet with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and one or two-car garages. The single-family homes will range from 2,102 to 2,846 square feet and offer three to five bedrooms, 2.5 or three bathrooms and two-car garages.

With the launch of home sales, prospective homebuyers can tour six designer-decorated model homes. The first move-ins are expected to begin in the next few months.

The 79.3-acre property is located at Lake Worth Road and Lucerne Lakes Boulevard on the site of the former Forest Oaks Golf Club, which Mattamy acquired in 2023.

Community amenities will include three pools with covered cabanas, multiple recreation areas and neighborhood parks.

“We are proud to celebrate the grand opening of Forest and to welcome residents’ home soon,” said Dan Grosswald, president of Mattamy’s Southeast Florida Division. “Palm Beach has quickly become an in-demand location for Floridians and those relocating from across the country. Our goal was to create homes that offer quality and value, meeting the needs of the area’s growing and diverse population.
