Ruth Palma joined Fortune International Realty in 1997 as an assistant manager. She quickly advanced toward the chief management role which she holds today, supervising eight local offices and building strategic alliances.

Additionally, Palma is responsible for recruiting new agents, overseeing day-to-day operations and optimizing sales performance of all brokerage activities.
