As the founder and principal of the Nancy Batchelor Team, Nancy Batchelor has over two decades of experience working with buyers, sellers and investors in luxury homes and condominiums. Together, with her team of 13 agents and six support staff, she’s grown her business from the ground up. They’ve achieved over $2 billion in sales throughout Batchelor’s 23-year career.

Raised in a real estate family — her mother as an architect, her father, a real estate attorney and developer — Batchelor has explored the field through various lenses, becoming licensed in Wisconsin and Aspen before transitioning to South Florida.

Outside of real estate, Batchelor explores her love of everything horses, dogs, boating and, above all, philanthropy. Through the Batchelor Foundation, run by her husband, Jon, Batchelor is involved with several nonprofits throughout Miami, mainly focused on helping children, animals and the environment.
