Premier Sotheby’s International Realty bolsters marketing team with hire, promotion

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty promoted marketing specialist Eileen Platten to Naples regional marketing manager and hired marketing veteran Nikki D’Aurelio as Naples regional marketing director. 

In their new roles, Platten and D’Aurelio will share responsibilities, supporting agents as they develop and execute marketing plans. The team will also work to increase innovation, enhance support systems and drive growth in Naples, which is Premier Sotheby’s International’s largest region. 

Platten recently completed her MBA while working for the brokerage, while D’Aurelio has over 15 years of national experience, including time with Major League Baseball organization. 

“I am excited to take on this new role and work closely with Nikki and our talented team of advisors,” Platten said in a news release. “The Naples region holds incredible potential, and I look forward to contributing to the growth of our advisors’ businesses by providing personalized support and guidance.”  

“I am thrilled to join Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and immerse myself in the world of luxury real estate,” D’Aurelio said. “My background in managing complex projects and creating impactful marketing campaigns has prepared me for this exciting new challenge.”

New sales records 

Separately, Premier Sotheby’s announced that 18-year veteran Marco Island agent and previous director of the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS® Cathy Rogers sold more than $100 million of real estate in 2023. 

Among her largest sales, were: 

* 1641 Collingswood Court, sale price of $10,250,000. 

* 541 Hammock Court, sale price of $6,000,000. 

* 530 South Heathwood Drive, sale price of $5,850,000. 

* 1782 Menorca Court, sale price of $5,700,000. 

“I’m deeply honored and proud to serve Marco Island with over $100 million, personally sold, in sales volume for 2023,” said Cathy Rogers. “This achievement is a testament to the trust and confidence my customers have placed in me. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the real estate landscape of Southwest Florida and remain committed to providing exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships with my customers.”

Diane Mato of the brokerage’s Naples office, meanwhile, set two sales records in the Verona Walk community, handling the $628,000 sale of the Capri villa at 7414 Emilia Lane and the $550,000 sale of the Cayman townhome at 8334 Rimini Lane — both record prices for their property types. 

“These remarkable transactions showcase not just the distinct charm of each property but also underscore the robust and enduring appeal of Naples’ real estate market,” Mato said. “This achievement is a clear testament to the unwavering dedication and trust placed in me by my customers. I am profoundly grateful for the trust they have shown, and it has been a privilege to guide them through every step of the buying and selling process.”
