South Florida-based 13th Floor Homes has broken ground on Marina Landings, a 34-home luxury gated community in Fort Lauderdale.

According to the developer, which is the homebuilding division of 13th Floor Investments, Marina Landings is the only private community of its type underway in East Fort Lauderdale, and about 20% of the homes have been pre-sold since its preview release in late September. DOTOLI Group at COMPASS is leading sales and marketing efforts. The first homes of the community, which is located at 2300 SW 15th Ave., are slated for delivery in 2024. 

Priced from the low $1 millions, the two-story homes come in four floorplans averaging approximately 2,800 square feet with customizable Contemporary, Coastal and Mediterranean architectural styles. All homes offer four bedrooms, three or 3.5 bathrooms and two-car garages, as well as modern open-concept living spaces, gourmet kitchens, grand master suites, private backyards and outdoor terraces.
