Sales have begun at Marina Landings, a new luxury gated community from 13th Floor Homes, the homebuilding division of 13th Floor Investments.
Located at 2300 SW 15th Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, the community will consist of 34 newly constructed single-family residences. All homes will feature one of four unique floor plans that include four bedrooms and three or 3.5 bathrooms. Prices for these two-story homes start in the low $1 millions.
“Marina Landings presents an unprecedented opportunity for families to nestle in one of South Florida’s most desirable neighborhoods,” said 13th Floor Homes Division President Mike Nunziata. “The development will feature design-driven homes within an established neighborhood proximate to it all.”
DOTOLI Group at Compass will handle sales and marketing for the development, led by principal Josh Dotoli.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for later this year, with homes slated for delivery in 2024.
