In partnership with Sympatico Real Estate, Terra unveiled plans for Mr. C Hotel & Residences, a luxury condominium/hotel project in West Palm Beach. The development marks Terra’s first project in Palm Beach County and the third south Florida project for the Mr. C luxury hospitality brand, founded by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani.

Located at 320 Lakeview Ave along South Dixie Highway, the 25-story building will feature 110 hotel rooms and 146 condominium residences. Apartments will range in size from 830 to 2,200 square feet.

Arquitectonica will lead architectural design, while Landscape Design Workshop will handle exterior landscaping. Meyer Davis will design the interiors and amenity spaces in collaboration with the Ciprianis. Plans for on-site amenities include a signature Bellini restaurant and lounge, rooftop pool deck, dog run, fitness center and spa, yoga studio, coworking lounge and children’s playground.

“The Mr. C brand is synonymous with glamorous modern living combined with a unique level of service, design and sophisticated dining and social spaces,” said Terra CEO David Martin in a press release. “We’ve had strong sales at our Mr. C Residences project in Coconut Grove, and we’re excited to be partnering once again with Ignazio and Maggio for our firm’s first development in West Palm Beach.”

Terra and Sympatico have selected Douglas Elliman as the leader for sales and marketing efforts at the Mr. C Hotel & Residences. Sales will launch in November.
