Related Group and Tricap broke ground on NoMad Residences Wynwood, the first residential project from NoMad Hotels.

The nine-story condominium building was designed by South-Florida based architecture firm Arquitectonica, while interiors were handled by DesignAgency. Upon completion, the tower will be home to 329 residences with features like private balconies, open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows — over 75% of which are already under contract.

“Much how NoMad New York helped to transform Manhattan’s North of Madison enclave into one of the city’s most in-demand neighborhoods, Related believes that the NoMad Residences Wynwood is posed to unveil the next chapter in Wynwood’s celebrated history,” said Nick Perez, president of Related Group’s Condominium Division, in a press release.

Residents will have access to onsite amenities including the rooftop lounge, pool and sundeck, indoor and outdoor fitness center and the signature NoMad Library and Lounge. NoMad Residences Wynwood will also be home to multiple restaurants, including The NoMad Bar.

“Wynwood isn’t just a neighborhood. It’s an ever-evolving hub of culture, cuisine and opportunity,” Tricap Principal David Edelstein said at the groundbreaking. “[This] marks the beginning of an immersive, hospitality-centric residential experience at the core of Miami’s famed arts district.”

Pricing for condos at NoMad Residences Wynwood starts in the $600,000s. Fortune Development Sales serves as the exclusive sales partner.
