A newly constructed mansion just broke the record for the most expensive Pinecrest sale of all time. The 8,263-square-foot home sold for $11.2 million in an all-cash transaction, which also marked the most expensive price-per-square-foot sale in Pinecrest history at $1,335 per square foot.

Located at 10860 SW 67th Court, the modern estate includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a guest house and a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen and accompanying wine cellar and wet bar. Situated on just over an acre of land, the property features a resort-style pool, infinity spa, covered terrace and summer kitchen in the backyard.

Michael Martinez and Kiki Rutten with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, while Martinez represented the undisclosed buyer.

Martinez also holds the previous record for the most expensive Pinecrest sale, a $10.55 million home sold by Boston Red Sox legend David Ortiz.
