What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

Restaurant general manager & investor.

Where did you grow up?

Union City, New Jersey.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

I wanted to be a professional soccer player.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

I enjoy biking on the beach from Bal Harbour to South Beach.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Arnold Schwarzenegger because as a young kid from Austria with a dream, he was able to overcome countless obstacles to be in the position where he is now.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?

Brickell because it brings people together from all over the world and is one of the most luxurious areas in all of Florida.

What do you love most about the industry?

Working with my clients and helping them find their dream homes for the best possible deal.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Every difficulty that I have been presented with in real estate I view as a challenge to grow and better help my clients.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Try to meet new people and get your name out there.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I love to read books that motivate me and keep me focused on my goals. Lately, I have been reading, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Sucess by Deepak Chopra, and the Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?

As an Argentinian, asado is my go-to meal when celebrating.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?

There’s a lot of amazing architecture in South Florida. My favorite buildings would have to be Okan Tower in downtown, NoMad in Wynwood, Paramount and Cipriani in Brickell.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

During the showing of a beautiful home, my client was completely in love with the property until we opened the closet and found an iguana jumping around.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

When I was younger I used to play professional soccer in Argentina, for my rival team, before coming to the United States and starting my real estate journey.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?

I love to visit Colombia because of the people, the food and the fun atmosphere.

Don’t quit; get better.
