Agent and designer Katie Blineau has joined the Jupiter office of Illustrated Properties, a member of The Keyes Company.

Blineau previously worked with the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, where she was a top-producing agent. She specializes in staging and selling luxury homes. 

Before relocating to Jupiter Island, Blineau worked for 14 years in Miami as a designer and business owner, working with brands such as Google and Spotify. 

“Katie is a tremendous addition to our Jupiter office,” Daniel Dennis, president of Illustrated Properties, said in a news release. “She brings a genuine love for real estate and strong track record of exceeding client expectations as a designer and Realtor. We will support her efforts with IPRE’s unparalleled marketing, technology and other tools that enable our agents to produce optimal results.”

A native of Buffalo, Blineau participates in the Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis long-distance endurance paddle challenge each year, paddling 80 miles from Bimini, Bahamas, to Palm Beach County.
