by Patrick Regan

Karl Fong Yee and his new AdvyZors team are joining The Keyes Company’s South Florida office.

Fong Yee and his team of six associates are targeting an annual sales volume of $50 million in their first year of operation.

“I am excited to begin this new chapter, with the goal of bringing the highest standard of professionalism in real estate and creating valuable relationships along the way,” Fong Yee said in a news release. “The Keyes Family of Companies gives us the added resources to provide superior service to our clients throughout the buying and selling process.”

The Keyes Company’s South Florida office has 35 agents led by Branch Manager Maria Elena Arias.

“Karl’s experience and track record is unparalleled, and his new venture will be a valuable part of our team,” Arias said. “Keyes is continuously seeking new opportunities to expand our network of Realtors with top talent like Karl and his team at AdvyZors.”

Fong Yee previously was director of operations at The Riley Smith Group, where he managed recruitment, sales and training, income organization and transaction improvements. Before joining The Riley Smith Group, Fong Yee spent 10 years at Regions Bank, working his way up to branch manager.

The Keyes Company is Florida’s largest independent real estate firm with more than 58 offices and 3,000 associates.
