Andretti joins Monaco from Related Group, where she served on the One Paraiso, Paraiso Bayviews, Gran Paraiso, Paraiso Bay Homes and Paraiso Retail sales teams as a development sales executive. While at Related Group, she procured sales through both local and international sales brokers, regularly traveling to Argentina, Colombia and Mexico to present to clients and brokers abroad. Involved with the Paraiso development for over six years, Andretti personally sold and closed $100 million in sales for the 1,300-unit project.
Prior to her time at Related Group, Andretti worked with the Chateau Group, handling the sales and closings for Fendi Chateau and Chateau Ocean Residences.
An established Realtor focused on the luxury market for over 15 years, Andretti has extensive insight into the South Florida market.
