Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida has named Darrell Burks as the new managing broker of the company’s Hollywood office, according to a press release from the company.

A resident of Miami Beach since 1997, Burks has been a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker for over 22 years. Since the start of his career, Burks succeeded as a top producer in both residential and commercial real estate. He is certified residential specialist (CRS) and has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award. Burks is a member of the local, and national Realtors associations.

“I’m happy to start this new chapter of my career as managing broker in Hollywood, and I look forward to sharing all of the knowledge and experience that I have gained along the way to help this talented group of agents grow their businesses,” said Burks.

We are honored to have him join our leadership team in southeast Florida,” Nancy Klock Corey, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida’s southeast region, said in the press release.

Burks is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and earned a business administration degree followed by an executive program to earn his master’s degree. He is also a graduate of the Gold Coast School of Real Estate.
