Douglas Elliman to join Cavache Properties sales team in marketing 30 Thirty North Ocean

by Kerrie Kennedy

Luxury boutique condominium 30 Thirty North Ocean, recently completed in September 2020, has tapped Douglas Elliman’s Florida brokerage to partner with Cavache Properties’ existing sales team to sell the remaining units available.

Located just a block from the ocean, the 24-unit building features private elevators, large lanai terraces with summer kitchens, outdoor whirlpool spas and ocean views. Amenities include membership in The Club at Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa.

“Fort Lauderdale continues to enjoy high demand for its new construction luxury condominium offerings,” said Douglas Elliman Florida CEO Jay Phillip Parker in a press release. “Discerning buyers from across the country are seeking the unique lifestyle, quality and value the Ft. Lauderdale market offers. 30 Thirty North Ocean is perfectly situated near the highly walkable and comprehensively programed Fort Lauderdale Beach strip.  We are excited to be working alongside Cavache Properties and are confident that we will sell out the remaining residences at the project.”

Prices for the three-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath residences start at $1.2 million. A grand opening open house is planned for January 16 and 17.

“With Douglas Elliman’s strong foothold in the Fort Lauderdale luxury new construction market and their access to buyers in the Northeast through multiple offices, we are looking forward to bringing them on,” said Cavache Properties Managing Partner Adam Adache in the press release. “Pooling our staffing and marketing together will showcase our residences as an ideal home layout and a great alternative to single family, plus a fantastic location near all the key elements of living, such as the ocean, proximity to restaurants, shopping, businesses and easy overall access throughout Fort Lauderdale Beach.”
