Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developer of urban real estate, has been granted a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) by the City of Miami for its second Brickell City Center residential tower, RISE. Residents will now be able to move into their new homes. Swire Properties has now finalized the TCOs for both luxury residential towers, REACH and RISE.

“Receiving the TCO for RISE marks a significant milestone for Brickell City Centre and brings us [Swire Properties] one step closer to unveiling the full experience of living in Miami’s largest single mixed-use development,” said Maile Aguila, senior vice president of residential sales for the project.

Arquitectonica, an award-winning architectural firm, designed the premium 390-unit luxury condominium to blend work and play. The condominiums are move-in ready and include amenities such as on-site concierge, a half-acre deck with heated lap and social pools, poolside cafe, Hammam spa with blow-out bar and nail salon (exclusively for residents), a children’s playroom, fitness center, secured parking garage, and 24-hour valet service. Richardson Sadeki, a boutique design studio,  designed the lobbies, libraries, tea lounges, spa services, and pool and amenity decks for both towers.

Brickell City Centre has also incorporated promoting wellness and sustainability by introducing a weekly farmers market with organically grown produce. A new bicycle program has also been implemented for the exclusive use of residents.
