On Thursday, Nov. 7, the Real Deal magazine held a roundtable panel hosted at Grove at Grand Bay. Moderated by Peter Zalewski of Condo Vultures, the discussion featured topics about South Florida’s new development cycle, latest selling points, new trends shaping the market and how starchitects are changing the city’s skyline. The panelists for this private event included: Bjarke Ingles of Bjarke Ingels Group, Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design, David Martin of Terra Group, Esther Percal of Essingler Wooten Maxwell and Mayi de la Vega of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

Immediately following the roundtable event, Terra Group hosted a cocktail celebration at Grove at Grand Bay’s model residence.
