One Sotheby’s Metropica Sales Team
Joseph Kavana and Scott Leventhal of Metropica, an urban, luxury community, hosted a private Holiday Event at the Metropica Sales Gallery on Dec. 17, 2014. The event was for buyers, brokers and their families.
Attendees had the opportunity to take a photo with Santa Claus. In addition, hot chocolate a variety of desserts were provided.
Kavana and Leventhal are the developers who created the idea for YOO at Metropica, which is the first residential tower at the 65-acre master planned community.
