Over 100 brokers gathered on Wednesday to celebrate The Related Group’s Baltus House luxury condominium official groundbreaking on Wednesday, Oct. 30. The event ended with a big bus tour of the Design District for brokers, highlighting the luxury boutiques and restaurants arriving in the area.
