Kevin Maloney of Property Markets Group and Michael Stern of JDS Development Group welcomed close to 300 guests on board the Seafair Yacht on Thursday, Oct. 24. The 228-foot mega yacht cruised down the Intracoastal towards Brickell Avenue. Guests were prompted to look to the future Echo Brickell site for a light fixture of where the building will go, in addition to enjoying a six-piece band and premium bar.
