Amy Ballon will join ONE Sotheby’s International Realty as the VP of new development sales.

It has been announced that Amy Ballon will join ONE Sotheby’s International Realty as the vice president of new development sales.

In her new role, she will lead the firm’s luxury Development Sales division in Broward County, and work directly with the firm’s developer clients to launch luxury projects from concept to marketplace. She will also focus on special projects in Miami-Dade County, specifically expanding the firm’s development sales in South Florida.

Ballon Brings Over 18 Years of Experience to ONE Sotheby’s

With more than $1.5 billion in sales, Ballon brings over 18 years of experience to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, specializing in the pre-construction luxury condominium and condo-hotel markets. During the course of her career, Ballon launched multiple high-profile properties and handled sales for luxury developments in both South Florida and Beverly Hills, California. In Broward County, she was instrumental in launching Las Olas Riverhouse, downtown Fort Lauderdale’s first high-rise development, in addition to pre-selling The Port Condo & Marina. She was also involved in the Sapphire on Fort Lauderdale Beach, overseeing repositioning of the project and exceeding the projected sellout timeframe by 12 months.

Prior to joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Ballon was director of sales for The Residences at Miami Beach, where she was involved with the pre-launch and development of the project. She previously served as vice president of new developments at The Agency in Beverly Hills, where she was responsible for business development, as well as overseeing sales for The Ritz Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE. Additionally, Ballon launched Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach, where she was responsible for the pre-launch and launch of the project, and successfully sold phase one within 18 months, with sales exceeding over $400 million.

When she is not working, Ballon is active in the community, volunteering with such organizations as Kids in Distress and Broward County’s Make-a-Wish Foundation, previously serving as the Wishmakers Chairperson.
