The Palm Beach Master Brokers Forum (MBF), an organization comprised of South Florida’s top residential real estate agents held a reception and panel discussion on “Foreign Investment in Palm Beach County”. The event, which boasted more than 50 guests, was hosted and sponsored by the Two City Plaza condominium in West Palm Beach, developed by The Kolter Group investment firm.

The event began with a cocktail reception of the Two City Plaza’s penthouse pool deck, which has magnificent views of West Palm Beach, the Town of Palm Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. Guests also enjoyed guided tours of model units as well as Two City Plaza’s amenities, including outdoor gardens, a fitness center, massage and treatment rooms, a club room and a private theatre.

After the reception Steve MarcAntonio, the sales director of Two City Plaza discussed the condominium and its progress. Following this speech, there was a discussion on the foreign investment trends in Palm Beach County real estate; the complex legal and financial issues faced by international buyers; and how real estate professionals can best work with these unique buyers.
