Philippe Diener will be joining the premier brokerage firm, Engel & Volkers Miami, as a Realtor Associate at the Brickell office (the company’s headquarters). Diener brings eight years of extensive industry experience, and is looking forward to bringing that knowledge to Engel & Volkers Miami to help maintain and expand its presence in the luxury real estate sector.

Diener Brings Owning/Operating Experience to Engel & Volkers Miami

Prior to joining the company, Diener owned and operated a real estate brokerage for three years at EWM Realtors. While he was there, he became a Top Producer, which earned him a place in the Chairman’s Club – Emerald Level. Before that, he owned and operated a real estate brokerage on Brickell Key Island for four years. Together with his two partners, the brokerage employed 15 agents, with average yearly sales reaching $35 million.

For eight years, Diener has developed and maintained a real estate website for the South Florida Real Estate Market. During that time, he implemented and expanded the website’s geographic coverage into markets within Miami-Dade, Broward and Collier Counties – including areas like Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Hollywood, Las Olas, Weston and Naples.

Not only did the website make him more recognizable, it also helped him deal directly with the South Florida markets and study their ever-growing and changing communities. He offers clients counseling on everything from regulatory considerations and risk-return profiles to economic trends, leading practices and connections to key players in the mid-market and high-end real estate sector.
