Richard Masterson Jr. Brings 26 Years of Experience to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Fort Lauderdale Office

Richard Masterson Jr. will join the ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Fort Lauderdale office, according to Founder and CEO Mayi de la Vega.

Masterson, a native of Fort Lauderdale, has 26 years of real estate experience in South Florida and specializes in golf and waterfront properties. Previously with Roland Hodges & Sons, Inc. for 17 years and, prior to that with Prudential Florida Realty, he also serves as the president of the East Broward Chapter of LeTip International, a global networking organization. In 2003, Materson received the LeTip International President of the Year Award, a nationwide recognition.

A member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors and the National Association of Realtors since 1987, Masterson was honored with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors’ “Rookie of the Year” award for his outstanding leadership during his service on the organization’s Grievance Committee in 2009.

Masterson is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. An avid golfer with two seasons as a professional on the mini tours, he is the golf club champion at the Fort Lauderdale Country Club and has worked with many professional golfers over the years. He holds a Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation, is an E-Pro specialist by the National Association of Realtors and a Certified Luxury Homes Market Specialist.
