Bragi Sirgudsson One Sotheby's International's new broker associate.

Founder of Sigurdsson Schechter Luxury Real Estate, Bragi Sigurdsson, recently joined One Sotheby’s International Realty, one of South Florida’s most luxurious real estate firms. Sigurdsson will be working out of One Sotheby’s new South of Fifth office in Miami Beach as a broker associate.

Sirgurdsson brings over 14 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, specializing in high-end condominiums in South Beach. Some of Sirgurdsson biggest accomplishments include the Fontainebleau Penthouse, which sold for $12.5 million, penthouse 2 at the W South Beach which sold for $7.2 million and a unit at the Continuum for $6.5 million. Sirgurdsson has sold an average of 75 properties per year.

“Teaming up with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty seemed like the perfect move for me,” says Sigurdsson. “It seemed obvious that the Sotheby’s brand was gaining market share fast and I am thrilled to be a part of their team of associates.”

Sigurdsson Schechter Luxury Real Estate has a list of clientele from over 60 countries, including Canada, Japan, Ireland, Germany, Brazil and Holland, to name a few. Sirgudsson has an understanding of international trends and markets, which has played a key role in establishing him as an expert in the luxury real estate industry.

Sirgudssson is fluent in Icelandic and other Scandinavian languages. He also gives back with the Make a Wish Foundation and the Anthony Robbins Foundation, which is a charity committed to making a difference in the quality of life for children, the homeless and the prison population.
