Priciest Miami ZIP Codes by Home Asking Price

For folks thinking of buying a home in Miami, Point2 Homes has prepared a detailed list of the top-10 most expensive ZIP codes in the region. Although the number of listings varies from zip code to zip code, you can still get a general idea of the amount of money you will need to shed for your dream home.

After analyzing residential listings in Miami, including condos, Point2 Homes shows you the zip codes with the highest median prices, but also the parts of the city that have the highest median price per square foot.

The most expensive areas by median asking price include ZIP codes like 33180, 33149 (Key Biscayne), and 33143. 33180 leads the pack with a $1,750,000 median price, followed closely by 33149 with $1,455,000 and, more distantly, by 33143 and 33133 (Coconut Grove), with $635,000 and $625,000 respectively. The other ZIP codes that registered values above $500,000 are 33139 with $549,000 and 33131 with $520,000.

However, the first 2 zip codes exchange places in our list when it comes to median price per square foot. In this list, 33149 comes first, with a median price of $680 per square foot, followed by 33180, with $620. The only other ZIP code that registered a value above $500 is 33139, with $540. The other two ZIP codes that make it into top five are 33131 and 33132, with $476 and $427 respectively.

    I am very surprised not to find Pinecrest and the corridor of Old Cutler Road in Palmetto Bay. Is this because they are not in the city of Miami but are separate cities within Miami-Dade County?
