RE/MAX Advance Realty, with offices in Kendall and South Miami, is pleased to announce the hiring of Ariel Valverde as Director of Retention and Recruiting.

Valverde holds a Business degree from Burdett College in Boston, and comes to RE/MAX Advance Realty with 20 years of real estate and recruiting experience. He began his career in 1991 with the Coral Gables Board of REALTORS®, which became the REALTOR® Association of Miami-Dade County in 1996. He was in charge of recruiting for the Board, which grew to become the largest association in the State of Florida for nearly ten years. Throughout his career at the Board, Valverde was responsible for training and development, grievance and professional standards, membership and MLS services, education, orientation of new members, community affairs and events and much more.
