N-Play(R) Partners with REALTOR Association of Miami-Dade County

by admin

N-Play(R), the real estate industry’s first online bid/offer and negotiation service for residential property listings, has entered into a marketing agreement with the REALTOR Association of Miami-Dade County (RAMDC). Through the agreement, RAMDC members will be able to implement N-Play(R) on their website, and homebuyers searching for properties online can place competitive, non-binding offers on all of their listings.

Two of Florida’s largest brokerages, Prudential Florida Realty and Keyes Realty, will jumpstart the service on their websites, adding over 150,000 new properties for buyers to bid, compete and negotiate online. However, by having the agreement, all RAMDC members in South Florida will be able to integrate the service seamlessly through the RAMDC RETS feed.

“We’ve partnered with N-Play(R) because they offer a market-driven service that adds real value to our members,” says Martha Bullman, CEO of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County. “We believe engaging buyers sooner and more proactively will be invaluable to our market and our members. Bringing N-Play(R) to many of the top brokerages in our market like Prudential Florida Realty and Keyes Realty, we are helping to ensure the success of our members.”

Prudential Florida Realty has over 40 locations and more than 1,800 real estate sales associates serving 17 counties throughout Florida, making it the second largest residential real estate brokerage in the state.

Keyes Realty has over 1,500 associates in 25 branch offices located throughout Florida and Panama. Keyes is a founding member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and consistently ranks among the Top 100 real estate companies in the country as measured by both sales and volume.

N-Play(R) will be featured in the Start-Up Alley at Real Estate Connect 2010 in San Francisco, July 13th and July 14th.
