Work Experience:
While opening his first hotel, Sanctuary South Beach, at the age of 21, Keith Menin, simultaneously developed Segovia Towers in Coral Gables. At the age of 25, Menin opened Hotel Raffaello, a boutique condo hotel in downtown Chicago. Throughout this time he also worked closely with his family’s company, Crescent Heights, by getting involved in special international projects.
Current Projects:
At 27 years old, Menin is the first person to bring famed Morgans Hotel Group, responsible for Royalton in New Yok, Delano and The Shore Club in Miami and Royalton in London, in on a real estate venture, by becoming co-developer with them for Mondrian South Beach. This condo hotel is a 335-unit building which will be debuting in December of this year. It will consist of world-class interior designs as well as an aqua spa and a restaurant. Mondrian South Beach will be the only property in South Florida that has a full-service marina with water activities and Delano Hotel beach access.
Recently Completed Projects:
Segovia Towers – a 15-story tower with one residence per floor. Each unit features 10-foot ceilings, 360-degree views and over 4,000 square feet of living space.
Sanctuary South Beach – a four-star boutique condo hotel located in Miami Beach
The Hotel Raffaello – a four-star boutique located in Chicago, steps away from Michigan Avenue in the heart of the Gold Coast
Community Involvement:
Menin is involved in a variety of causes throughout the city of Miami Beach. He is a member of the Greater Miami and the Beaches Organization and is also involved in the New World Symphony. Menin has been a host for several charities benefiting causes like cystic fibrosis, Operation Smile and hurricane relief efforts. Menin is also a board member of the Police Athletic League.
Interests/Activities:
Menin’s main passions and goals are to work hard and be successful enough so that he has made an impact on his community, friends and family. If he is not working and traveling across the globe, then he is attending events and meeting new people or entertaining clients at restaurants around the world. His passion is meeting new people; if it is not to make business then it is to make a friendship that will last a lifetime.
