EDUCATION/BACKGROUND
Kodsi earned a degree in real estate finance with a concentration in urban planning from the University of Miami and obtained his General Contractors license in 1992.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Kodsi has been at the helm of RPC, Paramount’s parent company, since 1991 and has overseen the development and construction of 4,000 units in a diversified portfolio of development assets, inclusive of urban mixed-use developments, resort lifestyle communities, vacation housing, luxury second homes, ultra luxury high-rises and single-family home communities.

With a market value of over $1 billion, $500 million under construction and $1-2 billion in approved planning stages, Kodsi has made RPC a recognized force in the industry developing projects. As a result, RPC is a recognized and respected industry leader and named one of the top 200 private companies in Florida and one of the top 100 private companies in South Florida.

Learning from his hands-on experience, he has gained experience in many facets of development and construction. In addition to managing the company’s assets, Kodsi often plays the role of general contractor to many projects. As founder and CEO of Royal Palm Communities, he has developed thousands of residential units with a gross market value over $750 million. His knowledge spans the spectrum of development, from luxury condominium to single-family home and multi-family rental communities, as well as focus, Kodsi was a licensed general contractor with his own construction company before venturing into development. He is also educated in finance.

CURRENT PROJECTS
Kodsi’s latest focus is the Paramount brand of properties. The collection of high-end, luxury developments includes Paramount Bay located at the edge of Biscayne Bay along the Biscayne Corridor. Paramount Beach in Sunny Isles and another Paramount property in Las Vegas are also on the horizon.

RECENTLY COMPLETED PROJECTS
Villagio at Estero is a mixed-use community consisting of 514 coach-home units in Estero, Fla.

Esplanade Grande is a mixed-use, 15-story condominium building in West Palm Beach, consisting of 66 units.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
To continuously learn the latest advancements in the field as well as share his knowledge with industry colleagues and leaders, Kodsi has been an active board or committee member and held positions as vice president and executive board member for the Urban Land Institute, Developer Business Alliance and the Builders Association of South Florida.
