Construction is progressing at Leviev Boymelgreen’s Marquis located at 1100 Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. Completion of the 67-story tower is scheduled for February 2009.

When complete, Marquis will be the second-tallest building in Miami, housing 306 residences and Eleven Biscayne Hotel and Spa, a 56-key boutique hotel, Five-star services offered through RockResorts including a strength training room, cardio room, yoga/spinning studio and a full range of spa treatments, including massage and facials, performed by licensed technicians.

Marquis was designed by the architecture firm Arquitectonica and will feature services and amenities including a signature RockResorts spa that will span 10,000 square feet on two levels, public art by famed artist Tom Patti, smart building technology and a sky pool deck with a sunrise lap pool and lagoon-style sunset pool.

Accessed via high-speed elevators, each home will be outfitted with gourmet kitchens featuring all Viking appliances, spacious master baths with Duravit and KWC fixtures, eight-foot deep private balconies and 10-foot ceilings. Master suite features include custom vanities with square Duravit sinks set atop a cantilevered quartz countertop, glass-enclosed showers with stone accent wall, natural wood cabinetry in Teak or Zebrano and natural stone flooring. The unit also offers flow-through floorplans with one bedroom plus den, two, three and four bedrooms in addition to poolside sky townhome, 10-foot ceilings and optional home entertainment and home automation packages.
