Growing up on Chicago’s South Side, Dawn McKenna always had a passion for real estate. That passion has grown into the juggernaut known as the Dawn McKenna Group, with eight locations in five states and a slew of accolades, including being Coldwell Banker’s No. 1 team in Illinois and the Midwest and No. 4 team in the nation. McKenna’s growth is led by a simple strategy: to have offices with local experts in the most-appealing places where Chicagoans live, vacation and have second homes. That strategy is no more apparent than in Chicago itself, where DMG’s Gold Coast office covers all of the great neighborhoods.
Tory Rezin, who brought her global marketing background to her career as an agent, takes a client-focused approach. “A lot of real estate is understanding how people carry out their everyday living and being able to translate that lifestyle into their home life,” she shares.
Since transitioning into sales from rentals, Caitlin Skogsbergh has helped many of the students whom she once educated about rentals become homeowners.
Industry veteran Joy Larkin knows collaboration is key to providing a high level of service and credits the success of the DMG team to their camaraderie and professionalism with clients and real estate partners.
Former Division 1 athlete Bari Mill leverages her competitive spirit and intimate knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods into real estate success. Her experience as an educator developed her skills in communication, leadership and problem solving.
Agent Allie Cipra serves on the board for the Young Presidents’ Organization Next Generation, which helps individuals under 30 network with executives from various industries.
Agent Maritza Sowell is new to DMG but not to sales. She seeks to connect homebuyers and sellers to help them feel like part of the fabric of the city she loves.
DMG’s rental experts Maddie McMahon and Maria Cali deliver top-notch service to their diverse client base.
