With over 25 years of experience and the ability to lend in all 50 states, Nancy Merzweiler has worked with just about every loan product available. She’s had an extensive career and a successful one at that. She joined Wintrust Mortgage because the company shares her philosophy for customer-focused service.
Prior to becoming a lender, Merzweiler was a mortgage and production sales manager. She was even a licensed Realtor at one time. In the years since, she’s worked for Bank of America, PNC and now, Wintrust Mortgage. She’s a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors’ Naples on the Gulf chapter, as well as the Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwest Florida and the Naples Area Board of Realtors.
Merzweiler’s clients love that they get to deal with the individual, not the institution. She consistently earns top scores on customer satisfaction surveys. “I have confidence in my knowledge of the industry,” she says. “I have repeat clients that have dealt with me in the past and want to deal with me again in the future.”
Merzweiler had managed a team of 26 loan originators. She now has a team of experienced people who make the loan origination process smooth from start
to finish.
Outside of work, Merzweiler volunteers with the Women’s Council of Realtors. She’s an avid golfer and pickleballer, and loves to take walks on the beach.
