Having attended law school and worked in many facets of the real estate industry, South Florida native Jonathan J. Alfonso has extensive experience in title analysis, foreclosure and sales. His team was able to achieve the impossible and successfully sell an expired Key Biscayne home listing for $15 million. They also secured and closed a $950,000 deal in just 48 hours. Of his success, he says, “There’s no secret if you constantly work in this industry, you learn more and you create this flywheel of never-ending learning. No [artificial intelligence] or other agent can replicate several thousand transactions of knowledge.”

Serving as the current residential governor on his local Realtor association board, Alfonso is also heavily involved with the United Way and the Realtors Political Action Committee. He enjoys basketball and devoting any time outside of work to his wife and two sons.
