Eric Firestone lives, breathes and plays in the areas he serves. As a real estate professional and South Miami manager of Elite Ocean View Realty, Firestone works with buyers and sellers in Sunset, South Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and the surrounding areas. “I specialize in composing harmonious transactions between my clients and their communities,” says Firestone, a current resident of Sunset and former South Miami homeowner. “Through thorough conversations, preparation and planning, I help tailor my customers’ experiences, custom-fit to their desired outcomes.”
Growing up with parents in the property rental business, Firestone got an early introduction to the industry before officially joining nine years ago. “After my first experience buying my home, I felt that with my patience, didactic abilities, knowledge and negotiation skills, I could help others have a much easier time than I did,” he says. “Buying or selling your home should not be a stressful process. Your agent should be able to help you know, anticipate and creatively come up with solutions along the transaction so that you can be in harmony with your home.” He has since built his business through referrals, as well as online marketing and advertising. Firestone is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource and e-PRO.
Splitting his time between real estate and his job as the director of choral activities at South Miami Middle School, Firestone constantly goes above and beyond to build lasting connections with the communities he serves. This is his second year serving on the Miami Young Professionals Network’s board of directors, and his first year serving on the Florida Realtor’s Attainable/Workforce Housing Committee as well as their Global Business Committee. He has also received the Top 100 Member in Market award from Broker Agent Advisor, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Young Professional Network Pro, the American Choral Directors Association and the Florida Vocal Association.
Firestone loves spending time with his wife and two dogs.
