Adrian Burke, Broker Associate

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty

As a solo broker associate at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Adrian Burke makes the most out of his extensive knowledge of the Miami area. A Jamaica native, Burke moved to Miami as a child. His love for the city, coupled with his go-getter attitude, makes him an ideal broker for clients wanting to navigate the unique culture and lifestyle that the city offers.

After working as a pharmacist for eight years, Burke made his first foray into real estate as a means of earning extra income. During this time, he frequently attended real estate conferences hosted by firms such as Inman, Sotheby’s, Luxury Property Showcase and more. This experience, he says, inspired him to obtain his real estate license and turn his passion into a full-time pursuit. He has now been fully retired from his pharmacy career for 15 months, having invested himself into his successful career in real estate.

Nowadays, Burke, a Certified International Property Specialist, is a fast-rising star in the South Florida real estate trade. Aside from growing his business by five times in the past year alone, in his short career, he has gained recognition for a plethora of accolades. In 2021, Burke was in the top 5% of brokers for Miami total sides condominium sales and total volume condominium sales; in 2022, he landed in the top 10% of brokers for total volume condominium sales and top 5% of total sides condominium sales.

In a short matter of time, Burke dovetailed his previous skills and current passions into a rewarding and impressive real estate career. As he remarks, coming from the pharmaceutical industry, “If I made a mistake there, someone could die or get hurt. In real estate, clients can lose opportunities or large sums of money if incorrect steps are made.” When it comes to real estate, says Burke, “Prevention is the best medicine.”
