Changing his life for the better was a dream that led Juan Navia to a career in real estate. “Twenty years ago, when I immigrated to the U.S., I worked multiple jobs not only to pay the bills but sometimes just to survive,” says Navia, broker-owner at Realty One Group Evolution. “Five years later, I found my way into real estate, and here I am with two offices and leading more than 300 successful agents.”

Navia’s office serves the Miami-Dade County and Broward County areas. “As a noncompeting broker, I’m 100% dedicated to serving my agents,” he says. “I would say my clients are the Realtors.”

In the past year, his team closed 857 transactions and generated $280 million in total sales volume. “Being able to help many of my agents achieve their goals is my biggest personal accomplishment,” he says. “I’m changing lives.”

Super-fast at responding to calls, texts and emails, Navia says his agents can always count on him to come through for them. Despite Miami’s competitive marketplace, he was able to double his agent count in the past year. He credits Realty One Group’s top-notch technology tools and supportive work environment for winning over new hires.

Navia — known as “Mr. Broker” around town — holds a National Association of Realtors e-PRO designation, which enables him to communicate better and create great content for his Realtors. It has also earned him praise from third-party sources: Navia ranked No. 10 on PropertySpark’s list of the Top 20 Miami Real Estate Agents on Social Media. A member of the Miami Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Realtor Association and Business Brokers of Florida, he was also recently recognized by RISMedia as an industry leader and one of the most influential brokers in the country.

Navia has spent 13 of his more than 15 years in the industry as a broker, experience that allows him to better serve his agents, protect them from liabilities, and show them the right path to success through hard work, dedication, discipline and use of Realty One Group’s proprietary advanced technology platform.

His favorite activities include spending quality time with his wife and their 18-month-old baby, Luka, and training outdoors near Miami’s beautiful beaches.
