Adams entered real estate eight years ago to gain full control of her career, work closely with her husband in architecture and contribute to her local community’s prosperity. This past year, she closed a nearly $11 million transaction with a client she has worked with for years — a testament to the bonds she creates. “I now have an equal mix of sellers and buyers, but I began my career as a buyer’s agent,” she says. “Through client loyalty, many of my listings come from referrals of previous clients — people who know me as an expert in the market and someone who has the perseverance to get the deal done.”

Last year, Adams pivoted her brand and momentum to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, where she received the support and platform to further develop her career as a global real estate advisor for the luxury marketplace. It was recently announced that her production volume was No. 2 companywide among new ONE Sotheby’s agents in 2019.

The Adams family regularly spends their summers boating in the Bahamas and their winters skiing in Colorado. The Adams’ two daughters, Eva and Emma, are students at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in Coconut Grove and are becoming avid skiers just like mom and dad.
