Naftali Group recently broke ground on JEM Private Residences, a 67-story condominium tower slated for Miami Worldcenter.
The 700-foot-tall skyscraper’s 259 residences went on sale about five months ago. OneWorld Properties is the exclusive brokerage.
Unit interiors are designed by Rockwell Group and will offer millwork cabinetry, panelized appliances and Calacatta stone countertops and backsplashes. The building’s lobby will have custom-sculpted plaster walls, cove ceilings and bronze accents.
The 50th floor will host an amenity suite with a Sky Lounge, 60-foot outdoor pool, fitness center, spa, game room, co-working space, glass-enclosed private dining room and spirits tasting room.
“Naftali Group is proud to reach the groundbreaking milestone for JEM Private Residences in a record timeframe for Miami,” Chairman and CEO Miki Naftali said in a press release. “Miami Worldcenter is one of the only true walkable neighborhoods in the region, allowing residents to effortlessly access premier dining, entertainment and leisure activities that contribute to the vibrant energy Miami is known for. We believe JEM Private Residences will redefine luxury living and become an integral part of the fabric of Miami’s evolving landscape.”
