Vertical Developments recently hosted a private dinner for the launch of Avenia Interiors by FENDI Casa, a 22-condominium project set to rise in Aventura.
Vertical CEO and Partner Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones gave a speech explaining his vision for the project, while Aventura Mayor Howard Weinberg also spoke, detailing the impact he expects it to have on the town. During the event, guests were served hors d’oeuvres, wine, champagne and dinner.
Branded under the Italian fashion house FENDI, the project will offer a marina lounge, fitness facilities and a resort-style, rooftop pool. Prices for the three- and four-bedroom residences will start at $5 million.
