Swire Properties hosted the grand opening of the sales pavilion for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, on Sept. 26.
Actor Aaron Paul, NBA star Alonzo Mourning, Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, Swire Properties U.S. President Henry Bott and Fortune International Group President and CEO Edgardo Defortuna were in attendance, among many others.
Michelin-starred chefs Richard Ekkebus of The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, and Antonio Guida of Mandarin Oriental, Milan, prepared the menus.
Construction of The Residences is set to begin next year, with condo prices starting at $4.9 million.
