What was your first job in the realty industry?
I was an associate at Vistas International where I was named top producer my first year.
What is your favorite free-time activity?
In my free time, you can find me above the Miami skyline flying ultra-light planes.
How did you learn the business?
I began by making investments of my own. When I saw the positive results I decided to dedicate more time to the business and make a career out of it.
What was a challenging time for you, and how did you triumph?
I would say the most challenging time for me was the transition from professional racing to the real estate industry. After 15 years of competitive racing, I realized I had to dedicate myself fully to real estate in order to learn and profit from the business. Only then was I able to succeed.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
I do a lot of networking at open track days in Homestead, Moroso Motorsports Park and Daytona. There I meet potential new clients and valuable contacts while at the same time keeping myself involved in the racing circuit. Some people network on the golf course, I build relationships at the race track.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read?
I recently finished “The Millionaire Mind”by Thomas J. Stanley.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami?

What kind of car do you drive?
I drive an exclusive, limited edition IWC Mercedes I bought in Dubai. It’s the only one of its kind in Florida and only about 55 were produced worldwide.
