Miami is the sixth-priciest rental market in the country, according to Zumper’s November National Rent Report.

The developer plans to develop a 28-story, 44-residence tower on the site. 

The Realtor, Janae Wood, will serve clients throughout Southwest Florida. 

The 43-story development, Ombelle Fort Lauderdale, will offer 775 condominiums priced from $400,000. 

The Key Biscayne Realtor previously worked at E Realty International. 

The first phase of the $2 billion development will see the construction of branded residential towers, a St. Regis hotel, private beach club and restaurant and retail establishments. 

The new findings come from real estate tech strategist Mike DelPrete.

The rebranding includes a new tagline, logo, color palette and partnerships, as well as “significant investments” in technology. 

The Avenue will feature a mix of high-end retail and hospitality venues, plus 50 upscale residences priced from just under $3 million.

Four new decorated model homes are available for tours. 

La Baia North’s 57 units are already 60% sold, with prices starting at $1.4 million.

The rock ‘n’ roll-themed condominium project is slated to open in 2026. 

At the same time, existing-home sales and housing starts declined.
