Clayton Coastal Group recently affiliated with The Real Brokerage Inc., bringing with it 37 Florida-based agents. 

Clayton Coastal mostly serves buyers relocating to Florida from New York and other markets, as well as snowbirds and second-home buyers seeking property in Florida. The tie-up will help Clayton Coastal set up shop in New York City. 

Clayton Coastal was founded in 2024 by former air-traffic controller Matt Clayton. The brokerage expects to close almost $300 million worth of transactions this year. The firm uses social media, digital marketing and a focus on serving out-of-town buyers to drive business, according to an announcement. 

“Matt has built an extraordinary business in a remarkably short period of time, and his story is a great example of what’s possible when an entrepreneur combines hard work, technology and a genuine commitment to his people,” Real Senior Vice President of Growth Joel Kirsch said. “His social media expertise and vision for building a national business make him an ideal fit for Real. Clayton decided to join Real because of its national platform and ability to support expansion into new markets, Clayton Coastal said.
