Ann Patricia Cusa left Douglas Elliman and joined SERHANT. as executive director of luxury sales at the brokerage’s Jupiter office.

Cusa has managed several new development communities from Toll Brothers, including Frenchman’s Harbor, Oceans Edge and The Preserve at Juno Beach. She brings over $1 billion in career sales and thirty years in the industry to her new role.
