Independent Miami brokerage ONEPATH Realty has affiliated with eXp Realty. 

Led by Abel Gilbert, ONEPATH has 102 agents and eight staff members. Since 2018, the firm has closed 3,131 transactions representing $1.77 billion in sales, including $187.2 million in sales over 312 deals in 2024. 

Gilbert has served as a member of the Zillow Agent Advisory Board since 2021 and was president of The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals South Florida from 2021 through 2022 and a residential governor for the Miami Association of REALTORS® from 2022 through 2024.
